ADMISSION
Do you charge for parents to watch?
Never on regular skating sessions. We’re happy you are here! You only pay when you skate.
If my friends are coming to skate, do I need to pay if I’m only going to hang out?
Everyone entering (with the exception of parents/grandparents watching their children) must pay the applicable admission plus skate rental fee.
If I have my own skates, do I still have to pay admission?
Yes. We charge an admission fee to come in our building. If you have your own skates you will not need to pay the skate rental fee.
FOOD
Do you sell food?
Yes! We sell Pizza, Nachos, Pretzels and more hot food items. We also serve Coke products, and frozen drinks. We also offer Powerade and specialty drinks.
Can I bring in food from the outside?
We do not allow outside food or drink brought into our facility.
MISCELLANEOUS
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes! You may purchase $5 gift certificates.
INTERNET
DO YOU HAVE WIRELESS INTERNET AVAILABLE?
Yes, we do offer FREE wireless Internet.
MUSIC
Do you take requests for songs?
Yes, our DJ will be glad to take your request and will make every effort to play your favorite song! Please note: we do have a Music Format for different times, some requests may not be appropriate.
PAYMENT
What form of payment do you accept?
We will accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express.
We do not accept checks.
RENTAL SKATES
What type of Rental Skates do you have available?
Yes we have Speed Skates, Inlines & Quad Skates available for rent
What sizes do you rental skates come?
We carry sizes Juv. 10 up to an adult size 14, we also have fisher price skates for our younger skaters.
Can I bring my own skates?
You may bring your own quad skate, speed skates or rollerblades. We do not allow “heelie” type skates on our skatefloor. We check every pair of skates brought into our facility for cleanliness, toe stops and anything protruding.
Do you sell skates?
Yes, we offer skates in varying price ranges, including custom ordered skates. If not in stock, skates generally come in on Friday afternoon (unless custom ordered). Please place your order by Monday for delivery Friday afternoon. Skates are available for children, teens and adults.
SKATING ATTRACTION
If my child doesn’t skate well, can I walk on the floor to assist him/her?
We will allow you walk with your young child on the skate floor. We do have Skate Mates for the beginning skaters can use to help them gain their balance. Skate Mates are available only on our Sunday skate session.
PARTIES
Do I have to book a party in advance?
Because we only book PRIVATE parties, we suggest you make your reservations as far in advance as possible. We do require a deposit when booking parties.
Is my birthday deposit refundable?
Birthday party deposits are not refundable if you cancel your party. We will transfer your deposit to another date if you reschedule 24 hours in advance.
Can I rent the rink out?
Yes, we offer private parties when we are not open to the public. Our facility can be rented for Birthdays, Sweet 16’s, Bar Mitzvahs, Corporate events, school field trips, school fundraisers, surprise parties, meetings. Please contact Penny Smith @ 606.248.0219.
